The data we process

Contact and enquiry details
What you share when you reach us through the contact form or by email: your name, work email, company, country, product or category, target markets, estimated volume and your message.
Language preference
The site language you choose, stored in a cookie in your browser.
Cookie choice and measurement data
Your acceptance or rejection, the date of your choice and the notice version are stored on your device. When analytics tools are enabled and you consent, visited pages, sessions, device information and conversion events may be measured.
Technical data
Recorded automatically by our hosting provider when you visit: IP address, browser and device details, date and time of the visit. The country derived from your IP address is used only to decide which language the site opens in.

Optional analytics and marketing measurement tools operate only when you accept them in the cookie notice. Please do not send us special categories of personal data, such as health, religion or ethnic origin.

The trade brief you prepare on the contact page is built in your browser. When you download it, the file is saved only to your device; nothing reaches us through that step.

We do not use your data to send you marketing messages without your explicit consent.

How we collect it

We receive contact and enquiry details directly from you, through the contact form and email. Language preference and technical data are collected automatically, through a cookie and server logs. Cookie choices are stored locally; consent-based measurement data is collected through enabled analytics tags.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the cases below, limited to their purpose.

Service providers
The technology providers we work with for hosting the site and for email. The site is hosted on the infrastructure of Vercel Inc., whose servers are located outside Türkiye.
Business partners
Where your enquiry requires it, with your knowledge and only as far as necessary: the manufacturers, suppliers, buyers or logistics partners involved.
Analytics and measurement providers
When enabled with your consent, Google Analytics measures site usage and conversions; Google Tag Manager manages the relevant tags. These services may transfer data to Google and process it outside Türkiye. When you reject, these optional tags are not loaded.
Authorities
Public authorities and courts legally entitled to request it, when they do.

Transfers abroad are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK and the relevant provisions of the GDPR.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and correspondence
Until your enquiry is concluded and for as long as any business relationship lasts; after that, for the retention and limitation periods set by law.
Language cookie
One year. You can delete it from your browser at any time.
Server logs
For the limited period set by our hosting provider for security and operations.
Cookie choice
180 days. After this period you are asked to choose again. Clearing your browser storage removes the record sooner.

When the period ends, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Cookies

Cookies are small records stored in your browser. We use cookies and similar storage technologies to remember your language and privacy choices, improve the visitor experience and measure the results of enabled marketing activities.

Essential and functional records
Support the site's basic operation and remember your explicitly chosen language and privacy preferences. Acceptance or rejection does not affect these records.
Analytics and conversion measurement
When enabled, Google Analytics measures visits, site usage and conversions. These tags load only when you choose Accept.
Marketing measurement
Enabled campaign tags help measure marketing results. These optional tags also operate only when you choose Accept.

You can choose Accept or Reject in the notice. Until you choose, or if you reject, optional measurement tags are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the button below; withdrawing consent stops future measurement. You can also delete or block cookies and local records in your browser settings.
